The fossil energy sources crisis in Europe following Russia's attack on Ukraine in February 2022 has become a reality. Our experts spent more than 12 months in Central Asia from April '22 to develop a model for the supply chain of fossil fuels - mainly coal and oil and other mineral resources from Kazakhstan to the European Union. Our work in cooperation with the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan in conjunction with the European diplomatic service in Astana, the Organisation For Co-Operation Between Railways (OSJD), logistics companies, shipping companies, owners and major shareholders of the largest coal deposits, Kazakhstan Railways КТЖ) have resulted in direct relations and agreements with suppliers (mines, refineries etc.) in the following districts of Kazakhstan:

• Karaganda Region (e.g. Szuberkol),
• Pavlodar Region (e.g. (m.in. Bogtyr),
• East Kazakhstan Region (Karazhyra),
• Kostanay Region (e.g. Kusmuryn) and other.

Direct purchase from opencast mines makes our offer very competitive compared to other suppliers. Timely delivery, large-scale quantities, as well as safe transport, combined with respect for international law, provide Clients with guarantees of competitiveness and optimisation of raw material purchase costs.

The result of our work is the development by our international team of a proprietary model for a secure intermodal supply chain from Kazakhstan to Europe.
